HS Mathematics Teacher - Applicants must possess a dynamic teaching style and a student centered philosophy. Candidate must have a commitment to ensuring all students succeed at their highest level and the ability to ensure that this occurs. Candidate will be responsible for providing math curriculum to students, coordinating with school counselor for standardized testing, performing district-wide testing, and a variety of related duties. Our school is in the top 10% in the state on ACT scores. Class sizes average 12 students. Starting pay is DOE up to 5 years after tenure, candidate may bring in all years of experience The district pays a one-time $1500 signing bonus. Candidates are eligible for MT student loan repayment of up to $12,000. A full Basic MUST plan is paid by the district and additional stipends are available for those willing to take on additional duties. The district functions on a 4 day school week. We are a 1:1 technology school and have a Smart Board in every classroom. School owned housing is available, first come, first served, at very low cost, within walking distance of the school. If you have a Bachelor's Degree in any field and would like to become a teacher, we will get you temporarily licensed and pay for your additional education for a 5 year commitment.
